A keen golfer from an early age I have been playing the game for over 50 years, with a handicap of 6 or lower for most of that time.

Now working working with Dr Karl Morris of The Mind Factor, a leading expert in the field of golf performance psychology in the UK. Karl has been coach to several major winners and his insights and expertise into the workings of the human mind have helped golfers of all levels of playing ability to improve their performance on the course and boost their enjoyment of the game.

Previously, I have been working for many years in the field of Learning of Development, as a Training Consultant, writing and delivering training events on a variety of subjects. Latterly, I worked in the heritage sector (i.e. Art Galleries and Museums) in Scotland, developing training courses on topics such as Management Development and Customer Service skills. Prior to that I also spent a number of years in the financial sector, delivering training on a number of banking and insurance processes, and in the health care sector too.

In addition to banking and insurance qualifications I also hold a training certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and Microsoft accreditation as a MS Office expert (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook).
